All SMHAEN products are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee. 14 days from purchase you can return your purchase for any reason no questions asked for your money back. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. When sending products in we highly recommend using a shipping carrier that can track and confirm delivery of shipments. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products packages on inbound shipments. 

 

WARRANTY

SMHAEN products are covered by a standard two year warranty. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, normal wear, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage. Some Countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. All shipments to SMHAEN must be freight paid. SMHAEN reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty. Discontinued products may be replaced with newer models when necessary.

Please place a brief note with the product stating the reason for the return.

 

PROCESSING FEE

 The original owner will be charged a 35 euro, fee for each repaired or replaced tool to cover processing, insurance, and return shipping from our company to you, after your repair is complete. Once we assess your product we will contact you via email for any charges if applicable. The maximum charge for repair or replacement is 35 euro.
